I started my ALD Coaching Business back in 2003 after 10 years of senior leadership experience. Now that I have been on executive boards and with experience as a CEO who used Harrison Assessments with my staff, I can't say enough to support the effectiveness of the results. As a CEO using Harrison Assessments, it enabled me to further develop my senior leadership skills, to get the right candidates in the room for interviewing and employment, to effectively engage and develop staff, and to succession plan as organisational growth occurred. Now as a Harrison Assessment Consultant I fully believe in their effectiveness and use them when coaching senior leaders or assisting in improving strategic performance.
